We’re looking for an Insights & Analytics Manager who thrives on having a unique understanding of consumer attitudes and behaviors that provide actionable insights to foster our clients’ growth and in turn that of the Sales Factory.


An effective and successful Insights & Analytics Manager is expected to:

  • Establish credibility and solid working relationships throughout Sales Factory
  • Work as a part of the Core Teams to identify client research needs, draw insights and deliver findings
  • Understand each assigned client’s business thoroughly, including internal structure, business challenges, competitive activity, and external influences
  • Understand the shifting opportunities presented in the omnichannel retail environment
  • Manage sample provider relationships
  • Thoroughly understand the Sales Factory business model and look for ways to contribute to its success
  • Support departmental leadership and manage timely delivery of projects
  • Manage junior team members personnel’s daily schedules
  • Develop the skill and confidence level of junior team members
  • Play an integral part in all phases of Insights & Analytics activities (management interviews, qualitative and quantitative research as well as presentation development and delivery)
  • Never stop learning


Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience
  • Be a self-starter, work proficiently with limited supervision
  • A relentless passion to deliver superior insights…on time
  • The ability to lead and direct the efforts of junior team members
  • The ability to manage shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
  • The ability to collaborate and foster a collaborative environment
  • The ability to recognize and defuse potential sources of conflict
  • Solid presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Command of all analytics software (JMP, Excel, Tableau, etc.)
  • Command of survey programming tools (Alchemer, etc.)
  • Google Analytics certification
  • Proficiency in PPT and Word
