We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who thrives on impacting the client’s business through social media, collaborating with the creative team to ensure consistent brand voice and tone, and proactively leverages new channels and media types.


  • Develop and implement social strategies for multiple clients
  • Develop monthly social media calendars for assigned clients, and coordinate the development of content and creative for all posts
  • Schedule and publish approved content across multiple social channels using appropriate tagging and captions
  • Act as the community manager for client accounts, monitoring activity and engaging with users while adhering to client expectations and industry best practices
  • Proactively build communities of engaged fans and influencers for top-level accounts
  • Develop and manage diverse monthly budgets
  • Develop monthly reports on social media engagement, and progress against KPI’s
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop unique and engaging content, leveraging diverse channels and media types


Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-4+ years of experience in a social media management role
  • Knowledge of social media channels, strategy, and content creation
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Experience with social media publishing and reporting tools
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and disciplines
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Strong communications and presentation skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
  • BS/BA in creative writing, marketing, journalism, mass communications, or related field
