Requirements:

Strong video reel with 4+ years education; 1- 3 years video, and interactive work experience preferred; expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Camera and lighting operation proficiency is expected, as well as a good working knowledge of color editing and sound design in an Adobe workspace. Photography skills & experience, as well as animation/After Effects skills are a plus.

 

An effective and successful Visual Content Creator is expected to:

  • Work closely with art directors and copywriters to execute the creative vision from a storyboard
  • Add creative ideas and solutions to discussions
  • Adopt the standardized organization and file structure for projects

  • Help create on-brand, on-strategy, compelling creative solutions
  • Have the vision and design sensibilities to execute on ideas with intelligence and imagination
  • Continually develop and refine your knowledge and abilities to perform at the highest levels
  • Be able to create video and photography intended for all platforms, including digital and social
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently and responsibly
  • Maintain a level of flexibility to quickly respond to changing client demands
  • Maintain effective organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to articulate and present thoughts and creative ideas
