Additions support agency growth in online retail and search services
GREENSBORO, N.C., November 19, 2020 – Sales Factory, a brand growth company, announced that Sarah Murphy has joined the company as ecommerce strategist and Kelsey Fox has joined as digital marketing strategist. The addition of Murphy and Fox supports the company’s strategic initiative to help its clients win at both in-store and online retail.
“A major shift in the retail industry began in the second quarter of this year, with ecommerce sales increasing by nearly 45 percent compared to the prior year,” said Emily Bratton, Sales Factory’s vice president of digital. “To capture this growth for our clients, we have helped transition their businesses to ecommerce and worked to maximize their online presence. Collectively, Sarah and Kelsey bring twelve years of digital and ecommerce experience to Sales Factory, which will be used to help our clients win online.”
Sarah Murphy is a graduate of The University of Arizona and began her career as an associate buyer for an apparel and home fashion retailer with more than 1,500 stores. Murphy also has experience as an ecommerce buyer, and has managed customer accounts on multiple ecommerce platforms, including Amazon and Shopify.
Kelsey Fox is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and brings more than six years of digital and social media marketing experience to Sales Factory. Fox has created and managed digital marketing programs in several consumer categories, including food, beverage, fitness and skincare.
The company also announced that Mike Fowler has joined Sales Factory as director, sales management. A graduate of Appalachian State University, Fowler spent the first nine years of his career with Sales Factory. He also served as the Regional Sales Director for Coastal Shower Doors where his responsibilities included growing the Lowe’s Home Improvement and Home Depot businesses. Fowler was most recently serving in business development and GM roles for Wellspring Outdoor Solutions, an industry leader in the creation and construction of imaginative outdoor living spaces.
