Sales Factory announced the promotion of Dave Geren to president of the organization. Geren initially joined Sales Factory in 2015 and led the company’s strategy and insights group prior to taking over responsibility for the marketing strategy team. Before joining Sales Factory, Geren was vice president of marketing for Lowe’s Home Improvement and had served in various media planning roles with NW Ayer & Partners and Mullen.
“Dave brings a proven track record of leading clients and the organization, and he embodies the company’s love to learn, love to win culture,” said Ged King, CEO of Sales Factory. “Having a background that combines traditional agency and big box retail is truly unique, and we’re excited to have Dave leading the development of our employees and setting the strategy for our clients.”
In addition to Geren’s promotion, Sales Factory also announced the following:
Ashley Dillon has been promoted to Vice President, Marketing Strategy, and Katherine Nolan and Jennifer Whisnant have been promoted to Marketing Strategy Supervisors.
Rick McCarthy has been promoted to Vice President, Insights and Analytics.
Emily Bratton has been promoted to Vice President, Digital.
Sarah Albright has been promoted to Art Director.
King added, “Rick McCarthy and Emily Bratton will lead the firm’s development of innovative products and services that leverage our expanding knowledge of AI and ecommerce. The learn-shop-buy model is now measurable, and therefore, actionable. These leaders will focus our business around products and services that drive growth for our clients – because when they win, we win.”
